If your order exceeds the amount of 1500 PLN, we will deliver the products to you free of charge within Poland.We normally deliver within Poland and most European countries. You can check delivery options and costs during the ordering process. Please contact us if you want us to deliver your product outside of Europe.Depending on the country, you have various delivery options: courier, parcel locker (Paczkomat, Poland), or personal pickup (Poland).Depending on the country, we accept both cash on delivery (Poland) and prepayment (advance payment). In the latter case, you can make a bank transfer or use a fast payment method via Tpay (online transfer or BLIK).

Returns
Is your tank located too far from your home, causing the transmitter to lose signal with the receiver? In such cases, a money-back guarantee applies. The same applies if the product turns out to be unsuitable. You have 14 days to return it.
When making a return, remember to fill out the withdrawal statement. You can download it here. Send the completed form to us electronically at: contact@aquilo.io or include it in the package with the returned product.
Send the returned product at your own expense to Paczkomat ZRV01M in Zaborów (Poland) or to the address below. Make sure the package is properly secured.

Warranty
- The Guarantor (Aquilo Polska sp. z o.o.) grants the Buyer a warranty on all Products sold by it (Aquilo sensors), ensuring the proper functioning of the offered Products provided they are used in accordance with their intended purpose and operating conditions.
- The warranty period is 24 months from the date the device is handed over to the Buyer and covers devices purchased and used within the territory of the European Union.
- The Guarantor assures that defects occurring during the warranty period will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, the Product will be replaced with a defect-free one.
- Direct warranty claims against the Guarantor may only be made by Buyers who purchased the Product from the Guarantor. In other cases, warranty claims should be made at the place of purchase of the Product.
- Under this warranty, neither the Buyer nor third parties are entitled to claim compensation from the Guarantor for any damages resulting from Product failure. The sole obligation of the Guarantor under this warranty is the repair or replacement of the Product with a defect-free one, in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
- The Guarantor is liable to the Buyer only for physical defects resulting from causes inherent in the sold Product. The warranty does not cover defects arising from other causes, in particular:
– damage not resulting from a product defect, especially mechanical damage and damage caused by using the Product contrary to its intended purpose, user manual, or safety regulations,
– damage resulting from installation not in accordance with the instructions attached to the Product,
– damage caused by the user’s fault (e.g., damaged housing, cut or torn power cable, etc.), including those resulting from lack of or improper maintenance or negligence,
– damage caused by improper use, including prolonged exposure of the sensor to liquids,
– damage resulting from a previously existing defect that was not reported to Aquilo Polska sp. z o.o. and not repaired due to the Buyer’s neglect,
– damage to Products that were modified or repaired in any way by the Buyer or a third party,
– damage caused by force majeure, e.g., lightning strikes, floods, corrosion, electrical surges, etc.,
– damage to consumable accessories or equipment supplied with the device, such as electrical consumables like batteries, and other equipment subject to normal wear and tear,
– for ultrasonic sensors, damage caused by the accumulation of moisture or other contaminants on the sensor elements. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to properly maintain the device, including removing any contaminants or moisture that may accumulate on the sensors and interfere with measurement.
- A basis for submitting a complaint about a defective device is proof of purchase (especially receipt, invoice) and delivering the claimed product either in person or via the ZRV01M Parcel Locker in Zaborów to the Guarantor’s headquarters:

- Products should be cleaned by the Buyer before being sent to the Guarantor’s headquarters. The service may refuse to accept an unclean product for repair or clean it at the Buyer’s expense.
- The Buyer is obliged to pack the devices properly to avoid damage during transport to the Guarantor’s headquarters. Aquilo Polska sp. z o.o. is not responsible for transport damage.
- If the warranty claim is accepted, Aquilo Polska sp. z o.o. commits to repairing the device within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Guarantor’s headquarters and covers the transport costs via the ZRV01M Parcel Locker in Zaborów. In case of rejection of the claim, transport costs to the Guarantor’s headquarters or the return shipment to the Buyer are borne by the Buyer.
- The above warranty conditions exclude the Guarantor’s liability under the statutory warranty for defects, except for Buyers who are Consumers as defined by the Civil Code.
- All matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
